As Co-Founder, President and CEO, Ken Kellaway is responsible for the overall leadership, vision , strategy, growth and development of RoadOne IntermodaLogistics.

Ken was also one of the founders of RoadLink , the largest provider of intermodal trucking and workforce solutions in the US from 2000 – 2012. Ken served in multiple roles from Chief Commercial office to President during his tenure there and helped to develop and implement the strategic vision of RoadLink.

Ken founded Kellaway Intermodal & Distribution Systems, Inc. in 1988, growing the business from a standalone warehousing company to New England’s premier intermodal transportation and terminal services operation. Over a 10-year period, Kellaway became New England’s largest, full-service logistics company offering “Single Source Logistics Solutions” to both international shipping companies and importer/exporters alike. Kellaway was selected as an INC. 500 company two years in a row.

Prior to founding Kellaway, Ken held management positions at Ryder Truck Leasing. He received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and MBA from Babson Business School.

As Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, David McLaughlin is responsible for spearheading the daily operations, finance and, accounting of the company.

David was a founder of RoadLink and served in multiple leadership roles between 2000 and 2012. Prior to RoadLink David served as President of Kellaway Intermodal & Distribution Systems, the largest Intermodal Logistics company in New England and one of the leaders in this business throughout the Northeast.

David has over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry, specializing in international drayage, which has included owning and operating U.S. Customs Bonded Warehouses, Free Trade Zones, and bonded cartage and carriers. David was also President of the Boston Port Carriers Conference from 1990 to 2001.

David received a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and is a graduate of TMI Advanced Traffic Management and Industrial & Motor Traffic Management.

Don joins RoadOne with extensive transportation and logistics knowledge and leadership experience at some of the largest companies in North America. Prior to joining RoadOne, Don served as President of Roehl Transport, a multi-modal carrier, leading the Truckload, Refrigerated and Dedicated divisions. At XPO Logistics, a global logistics provider, he held the role of Vice President of Transportation overseeing operations of the intermodal and drayage business units in North America. Don also spent 14 years with J.B. Hunt Transport in a variety of leadership positions in the Dedicated and Intermodal businesses.

As SVP Kendall oversees all of RoadOne’s commercial and marketing efforts. Kendall sits on the advisory boards of several logistics tech companies in various verticals. Being born and raised in Boston, Kendall serves as a member of the board of CONECT, an organization that promotes trade in the New England area. Prior to joining RoadOne Kendall helped found and exit several start ups in non-logistics related industries. Kendall attended Babson College in Wellesley, MA, and currently resides in Tampa, FL, for most of the year with his wife Anna and Ibizan hound, Aston.

Karen has 20+ years of transportation/logistics experience in over-the-road trucking and time critical transportation with a primary focus on Domestic & Foreign Automotive Manufacturing, Automotive Parts Suppliers, Heavy Duty Truck, and Engine Manufacturing.

Karen has proven herself through consistently delivering results- identifying, creating and implementing new market opportunities while developing and maintaining long-term relationships. She is skillful in communicating and collaborating between all internal associates and external customer relationships.

Karen is responsible for the West Region, which includes the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

JC has 15+ years in operations management with nearly 10 years of service in the transportation industry. He joined our team as the M&R manager for the entire country and later took on the responsibility of managing the Atlanta terminal. Because of his relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service, he was able to grow Atlanta as one of the top terminals for the company.

While attending Merrimack College, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, David started a premier exotic car transportation company. David then received his Master’s degree in Business Administration at Babson College.

As Vice President of Information Technology, David spearheads the technology team; managing all technological aspects of the business, from electronic logs to developing an industry leading transportation management system (TMS). David has been a part of the RoadOne team now for over 10 years, having worked for several different RoadOne departments, such as warehousing, accounting, finance, human resources, and operations. David, and his team with a similar diverse background, take that knowledge and develop award winning technological solutions for RoadOne and its customers.

 Randy is a success oriented executive with an extensive background in strategic transportation and logistics solutions aimed to deliver efficiency, growth and profitability. Prior to RoadOne, Randy held positions at Cardinal, XPO, Bridge Terminal Transport, and Roadrunner.

Kodiak is an experienced and results-oriented executive with an extensive background in logistics and supply chain management, as well as real-estate, construction, and health-care. He comes to RoadOne from a previous post at NFI. In addition, he’s an avid competitor and Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt World Champion exemplifying his unwavering discipline and dedication.
