Mike Clemons has over 35 years of Intermodal experience throughout the US. Involved in transportation services both international and domestic, CY services, Railroad facility operations, CFS cargo, Certified IICL inspections and Refrigerated operations. Starting out as a gate inspector in 1977 in St. Louis, he moved up in the industry in the Southern Regional Manager in 1987 for a large intermodal trucking company. In 1995, he was instrumental in opening the first fully integrated CY and Rail operations in Detroit with the automotive industry and the Norfolk Southern Railroad. In 2001, he established the one-way market in and out of the Ohio Valley with the SP railroad that is still in existence today.

As Vice-President of Sales and Client Development, Mike Donnelly has responsibility for the Western Region of the United States in addition to servicing many of RoadOne’s National Accounts.
Mike has 40 years of service in the transportation industry that started in Chicago working in the trucking and warehousing side of the transportation supply chain. In 1984 he became an owner/partner at Hawk Pacific Corporation in charge of all operating divisions; Intermodal drayage, trans-loading and warehousing. Hawk Pacific became one of the seven founding companies representing the Pacific Region in forming Roadlink the first national drayage company in 2001.
Mike’s industry knowledge and understanding of customer needs have resulted in a strong, long term relationship with clients in all regions across the country.

After almost 12 years at a leading steamship line, Sarah Bond has joined the RoadOne team as Director of Business Development in the Southeast. Although she has held various roles throughout the organization, her most recent role was account executive for the Southeast region handling many of the regions’ key accounts and generating some of the highest revenue in North America. She brings the high energy and expertise to deliver value added logistics solutions.

Vice President Sales, Northeast Region
Rob Walther has spent his career in the 3PL industry. As Chief Operating Officer of Brook Warehousing Systems, he directed this company’s successful growth as a leader in the packaged chemical public and contract warehousing industry. From 2003-2009, he was Vice President, Transportation for Jefco Transportation. While at Jefco, Rob was instrumental in growing the company’s market share with large retailers. This sales growth lead to Jefco’s acquisition by Port Logistics Group in 2008. Rob then joined Romark Logistics, a national provider of contract warehousing logistics, as Vice President, Strategic Growth. Rob’s accomplishments at Romark included securing major Fortune 100 accounts and an acquisition of a 3PL warehouse organization to expand the company’s market share in Miami. In 2012, Rob became Director of Sales for Schneider, a $4 billion nationwide transportation and logistics company. In 2014, Rob was honored as Schneider’s Salesperson of the Year for the Port division.

Chuck is responsible for business development in the Western region. After graduating with honors from California State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in International Trade he went on to work in domestic and international freight forwarding. He has over 10 years of experience in the supply chain industry with a comprehensive knowledge of the full supply chain. He has helped deliver solutions to clients from multiple verticals for domestic trucking, warehousing as well as international ocean and air. Chuck’s goal is to help companies identify areas of improvement within their supply chain specifically in the area of logistics.

After graduating from Babson Business School in 2011, Kendall helped lead key
marketing initiatives at both Bluedrop Water , a water purification company, and
E*Fill America, a national leader of distribution solutions, prior to joining
RoadOne. Kendall handles many of RoadOne’s national accounts, providing strategic solutions through RoadOne’s portfolio of service offerings.
