Ken Kellaway
President & CEO

As Co-Founder, President and CEO, Ken Kellaway is responsible for the overall leadership, vision , strategy, growth and development of RoadOne IntermodaLogistics.

Ken was also one of the founders of RoadLink , the largest provider of intermodal trucking and workforce solutions in the US from 2000 – 2012. Ken served in multiple roles from Chief Commercial office to President during his tenure there and helped to develop and implement the strategic vision of RoadLink.

Ken founded Kellaway Intermodal & Distribution Systems, Inc. in 1988, growing the business from a standalone warehousing company to New England’s premier intermodal transportation and terminal services operation. Over a 10-year period, Kellaway became New England’s largest, full-service logistics company offering “Single Source Logistics Solutions” to both international shipping companies and importer/exporters alike. Kellaway was selected as an INC. 500 company two years in a row.

Prior to founding Kellaway, Ken held management positions at Ryder Truck Leasing. He received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and MBA from Babson Business School.

David McLaughlin
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

As Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, David McLaughlin is responsible for spearheading the daily operations, finance and, accounting of the company.

David was a founder of RoadLink and served in multiple leadership roles between 2000 and 2012. Prior to RoadLink David served as President of Kellaway Intermodal & Distribution Systems, the largest Intermodal Logistics company in New England and one of the leaders in this business throughout the Northeast.

David has over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry, specializing in international drayage, which has included owning and operating U.S. Customs Bonded Warehouses, Free Trade Zones, and bonded cartage and carriers. David was also President of the Boston Port Carriers Conference from 1990 to 2001.

David received a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and is a graduate of TMI Advanced Traffic Management and Industrial & Motor Traffic Management.

Kendall Kellaway III
Vice President of Commercial

After graduating from Babson Business School in 2011, Kendall helped lead key marketing initiatives at both Bluedrop Water , a water purification company, and E*Fill America, a national leader of distribution solutions, prior to joining RoadOne. Kendall handles many of RoadOne’s national accounts, providing strategic solutions through RoadOne’s portfolio of service offerings.

David McLaughlin Jr
Vice President of Information Technology

While attending Merrimack College, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, David started a premier exotic car transportation company. David then received his Master’s degree in Business Administration at Babson College.

As Vice President of Information Technology, David spearheads the technology team; managing all technological aspects of the business, from electronic logs to developing an industry leading transportation management system (TMS). David has been a part of the RoadOne team now for over 10 years, having worked for several different RoadOne departments, such as warehousing, accounting, finance, human resources, and operations. David, and his team with a similar diverse background, take that knowledge and develop award winning technological solutions for RoadOne and its customers.

Karen Zima
Vice President of West Coast Operations

Karen has 20+ years of transportation/logistics experience in over-the-road trucking and time critical transportation with a primary focus on Domestic & Foreign Automotive Manufacturing, Automotive Parts Suppliers, Heavy Duty Truck, and Engine Manufacturing.

Karen has proven herself through consistently delivering results- identifying, creating and implementing new market opportunities while developing and maintaining long-term relationships. She is skillful in communicating and collaborating between all internal associates and external customer relationships.

Karen is responsible for the West Region, which includes the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

Midwest Region Leadership

Mike Clemons
Vice President of Midwest Sales

Mike Clemons has over 35 years of Intermodal experience throughout the US. Involved in transportation services both international and domestic, CY services, Railroad facility operations, CFS cargo, Certified IICL inspections and Refrigerated operations. Starting out as a gate inspector in 1977 in St. Louis, he moved up in the industry in the Southern Regional Manager in 1987 for a large intermodal trucking company. In 1995, he was instrumental in opening the first fully integrated CY and Rail operations in Detroit with the automotive industry and the Norfolk Southern Railroad. In 2001, he established the one-way market in and out of the Ohio Valley with the SP railroad that is still in existence today.

Mike Stark
Vice President of Midwest Operations

Michael Stark has responsibility for the Midwest Region of the United States to include Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Missouri.

Michael has been in the transportation/logistics industry for over 20 years. He has a track record of excellence in Intermodal, LTL and Truckload. Michael has a distinct advantage of having been on all sides of the business including Director of Operations, Terminal Operations, and Sales. He has been a top performer in JIT automotive business and brings a wealth of knowledge to RoadOne, a long term leader in JIT automotive in the Midwest.

Northeast Region Leadership

Peter Entwistle
Vice President of Northeast Sales

As an industry veteran, Peter has extensive experience and knowledge that will help propel RoadOne’s ongoing expansion through acquisition, new initiatives such as RoadOne LogisticSolutions, a full-service drayage brokerage division, and RoadOne’s nationwide agent network. Most recently, Peter served as director of business development at a well-known national provider of intermodal transportation services. He was in this role almost twenty years.

In his role of VP of Sales in the Northeast, Peter will be responsible for port drayage, dedicated fleet management, container terminal sales, trans-loading, warehousing and contract logistics sales from Maine to Virginia and as far west as Ohio under RoadOne’s single-source solution umbrella.

Paul Miller
Vice President of Northeast Operations

As Area Director for the Northeast, Paul is responsible for the RoadOne Service Centers servicing Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia.

Paul’s career has seen progressive advancement in supply chain management, working in Warehouse Management for eight years with a major footwear company, Director of Warehouse Operations for a Northeast 3PL and sixteen years with RoadLink.

Southeast Region Leadership

Steve Chandler
Vice President of Southeast Sales

Steve Chandler has joined RoadOne IntermodaLogistics as Vice President of Sales for the Southeast & Gulf region. Steve has 30 years experience in the maritime and intermodal drayage industry. He has worked with for some of the largest carriers in the world during his career, NYK Line, Hapag-Lloyd, CMA-CGM and most recently with Roadrunner Intermodal.

Steve brings a wealth of experience in selling ocean carrier, logistics and intermodal drayage services to major BCO’s, NVO’s and IMC customers within the southeast region. His experience in many sales roles have allowed him to build long term relationship with customers throughout the US. Prior to starting his career, Steve also served in the United States Air Force as a Freight Management Specialist.

Jeremiah Carruthers
Vice President of Southeast Operations

As Area Director, Jeremiah Carruthers (JC) has responsibility for the Southeast Region of the United States to include Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and parts of Mississippi and Kentucky.

JC has 15+ years in operations management with nearly 10 years of service in the transportation industry. He joined our team as the M&R manager for the entire country and later took on the responsibility of managing the Atlanta terminal. Because of his relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service, he was able to grow Atlanta as one of the top terminals for the company.
